Green Coffee Powder
Green coffee beans do not involve in the roasting process like regular beans which are roasted and processed into the dark brown aromatic stage. The roasting process brings out the flavor in the coffee beans but its chemical structure is changed. Green coffee powder which is not affected by the heating process possesses a wide range of pharmacologically active compounds and antioxidants.
Green coffee beans taste bitter. The extract derived from green coffee bean is produced in powdered form for easy consumption. Green coffee powder can be taken as a food supplement as it helps lessen cravings for food. It has anti-ageing properties. Consuming green coffee powder may reduce blood pressure and control blood sugar levels.
Green coffee beans grown in our farm is free from some of pesticides and the more toxic fertilizers. We do not include fillers, additives, cellulose and binding agents. So the nutrients in the beans are well preserved.
